Quite frankly, does it need another blog about making money like Webdiggin? I think some people would answer no to both questions.

If you’ve ever wanted to get in on a social network when it was just starting, the 3gb community might be for you. We checked out their site - 478 members, 520 photos, 29 blog entries… They’re new. And, it shows.

  • They have a link going to their terms of service page… but it’s empty.
  • They have blog entries advertised on their main page… that lead to error messages.
  • They wanted our contact information when we tried to sign up… we said no.

The real question, is why is the 3gb community soliciting sponsored posts from Pay Per Post when their product still needs some work. (Wait. What was I thinking. I forgot about Microsoft. Nevermind.)

We created an account anyways, just to brand WebDiggin on (yet) another social network. And we took this sponsored post to get more cash prize to give to you, the reader.

join 3gb community www.3gb.biz. Better yet, join Pay Per Post and get paid $8 to do a neutral tone review about their community.

I just stopped by your blog and thought I would say hello. I like your site design. Looking forward to reading more down the road.

Hey Robert, glad to see you around.

We popped by your site. Is that your photo about the google ad box? It’s nice, but have you had any problems from the Google police about the picture being so close to their ads?

Your link to the social site is screwy. I’d like to sign up for the same reasons you had :), and to answer “do we need another one”, no. UNLESS…..what would be awesome (and nearly impossible) is for someone to jot down all the complaints and wanna-be features of all the others and make one truly awesome site.

    Perhaps Santa can help.

To answer “does it need another blog about making money like Webdiggin?”, I’d have to say yes; sorry lol. IF they did it in the same manner…with total honesty and no regard for personal embarrassment (for lack of a better word).

I LOVE reading how other made and lost money and see how what where why, with PROOF…graphs, charts, etc. It is certainly true that “what works for one, may not for another” and vice-verse but it’s definitely a good jumping point.

Excellent job, keep it up :-)

I meant to add, it’s also good for the blogger as far as accountability.

@Dennis - Hey, thanks. There is something funny about this new social networking site. But, they’re marketing it on payperpost, so we took the opportunity to fund our we’ll pay you to be our friend $25 contest.

Yeah, I think showing the numbers helps. There are a lot of blogs out there that make money or lose money, but we like the ones that show the numbers as well. It’s food for thought.

We’re looking into contextual ad arbitrage, but apparently we’re behind the times. It’s been around and now Google bans it. But still, we’re learning about it to get new ideas.

We’re also rethinking about Craigslist based on your post.

We signed up with 3gb.biz, but mostly we’ve just gotten spam - see what we mean at our profile
