As I prepare to launch my first Search Marketing Campaign, I’m having a careful look at the fine print of the affiliate programs that I’m considering. Take a look at Amazon’s Associate program. They pay commissions every month, but there’s something in there about 60 days after the end of the month. So conceivably, it could be 3 months after the start of your campaign, or a full quarter! There’s a few more days til the end of the month. Originally, I was going to start my campaign in a few weeks, but perhaps I’ll try to start it now before the end of the month to see if it works.
