I've heard people talking about Pepperjam, but we haven't looked yet. I think we're still gonna keep our eggs in the CJ basket because we're finding ourselves getting spread a little thin lately.

Good luck getting the sales. Our current project is to leave messages at the digitalforum. We heard about it from JTPratt's blog and there's a section on affiliate marketing and CJ.

After you post 10 times over 7 days, you can add a signature block. This is where we're hoping to point a few links to our bluehost review and our domain names mini site. We're trying to boost the position of those sites in the natural search engines...

Forest - good luck with the sales.

I joined Commision Junction but need to sit down one day and really see what they can offer me. Right now I am using Pepperjam Newtwork to see if they are any good. Their dashboard is awesome! I just need some sales now.

Hi Mark, CJ might be bought by Google similar to what happened to DoubleClick. Google loves acquisition.

The only thing that I could put all my eggs in one basket is putting my faith in Christ. The next is putting all fidelity to one wife.

Other than than, it is appropriate to diversify.

Thanks. I'll check it out. Have you had any success with it? My biggest concern now is I find myself signing up with more and more affiliate networks. I probably should continue to focus on promoting with CJ so that I can meet those minimum payouts.

Then again, if I put all my eggs in one basket with Commission Junction, if my account gets banned or the company goes bankrupt, then I lose my business model. Lots to think about...

There is a new affiliate program I just stumbled. It's called ClixGalore.Com. If you wish to target a different kind of market, ClixGalore may be the right program for you.

Finding a good affiliate network and finding a good affiliate program within the network are two different things. (I've heard that some affiliate networks will scrape some money off the top... do you know anything about that?)

To be honest, we've only really used Commission Junction. We promote about 10 or 12 companies through the Commission Junction network, but the reason why we stuck with one network was because of the minimum payout issue. (We didn't want to have a few bucks with this network and a few bucks with that network but not have any cheques in the mail.)

Having said that, we did just start up with Link Share so we could get some links from a few companies that our friends shop at. We'll see how things go...
