A little bit of a blatant plug here, but my WordPress Plugin <a href="http://www.scratch99.com/wordpress-plugin-feedentryheader/">FeedEntryHeader</a> can add a copyright message and link to the original post at the beginning of each feed entry. This saves you doing it yourself and means it only appears in your feed, not on your site.
